About LifeManagement Center

LifeManagement Center (LMC) is a South Carolina based non-profit (501 (c)(3)) educational service organization with a mission to transform educational and professional challenges into life achievements for children, families, adults and communities.

LifeManagement Center was founded in 1995 by Kitty Tilghman McEaddy and a group of concerned families affected by learning and attention challenges. Their vision was to create a non-profit educational center to provide answers and support based on the most current research and best practices. Today, LMC has Learning Centers in West Ashley and Sumemrville and a Tutoring Center in Mt. Pleasant.

Some LMC programs are provided free of charge to participants. Other services, such as tutoring and pscyhoeducational testing, are provided for a fee.  Clients in financial need can apply for scholarships to receive services at a discounted rate. Whether clients are paying the full fee for a service or receiving a scholarship, what they pay in fees does not cover LMC’s cost of providing these services. The gap between service costs and income, as well as the cost of all of our outreach programs, is bridged by donations from our friends.
